How to Add Your Email Account to iPhone

This guide shows you how to add your Miss Hosting email account to the Mail app on your iPhone. You’ll configure the account using IMAP and your Miss Hosting email server settings.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Your full email address.

  • Your email account password.

  • Your Miss Hosting mail server settings.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open Mail Settings

On your iPhone:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap Mail.

  3. Tap Accounts.

  4. Tap Add Account.

Note: Depending on your iOS version, the menu may appear as Settings → Mail → Accounts.

2. Choose Account Type

  1. Tap Other.

  2. Tap Add Mail Account.

3. Enter Your Account Details

Enter the following information:

  • Name: Your name.

  • Email: Your full email address.

  • Password: Your email account password.

  • Description: A name to identify the account, such as Domain.com Email.

4. Enter the Incoming Server Settings

Under Incoming Mail Server, enter:

  • Host Name: Your Miss Hosting mail server, for example cpsrv03.misshosting.com.

  • User Name: Your full email address.

  • Password: Your email account password.

👉 cpsrv03.misshosting.com is only an example.

5. Enter the Outgoing Server Settings

Under Outgoing Mail Server, enter:

  • Host Name: Your Miss Hosting mail server, for example cpsrv03.misshosting.com.

  • User Name: Your full email address.

  • Password: Your email account password.

💡 Tip: Enter your username and password even if the fields are marked as optional.

6. Complete the Setup

Tap Next in the top-right corner.

Your iPhone will verify the settings and add the email account to the Mail app.

Troubleshooting

The account cannot be verified.

Check that your email address, password, username, and mail server are entered correctly.
