Prerequisites / Requirements
Access to WHM.
Your WHM login details from the welcome email.
A domain for the new account.
A hosting package already created in WHM.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to WHM
Log in to WHM using the credentials provided in your welcome email.
2. Open Account Functions
In WHM:
Click Account Functions.
Select Create a New Account.
3. Enter the Account Information
Under Domain Information, enter:
Domain
Username
Password
Email address
4. Select a Package
Under Package:
Select the hosting package you created earlier, such as Package 1.
Under Settings, review the package settings.
The settings are automatically populated from the selected package, so you normally don't need to change them.
5. Skip Reseller Settings
Leave the Reseller Settings section unchanged.
No options need to be selected here.
6. Configure DNS Settings
Enable:
Enable DKIM on this account
This helps improve email security.
7. Configure Mail Routing
Under Mail Routing Settings:
Select Local Mail Exchanger.
Click Create.

Your new WHM account has been created and is ready to use. You can now manage the account and its associated domain through WHM and cPanel.
