Option 1: Sign In Using a Web Browser
This is the easiest way to access your email and works on any computer without installing software.
Go to Microsoft 365.
Click Sign in.
Enter your Microsoft 365 email address.
If prompted to select an account type, choose Exchange.
Enter your password.
Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) if prompted.
Access Your Email and Office Apps
Once you're signed in:
Click Outlook to read and send email.
Click Apps to access Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
You can also access your email directly at Outlook on the web.
