Why do I need to verify my order?
To protect both you as a customer and our services, some orders may be flagged for a fraud check. This is a security measure used to prevent unauthorized purchases and to reduce the risk of misuse, for example if someone registers a domain or account with the intention of impersonating another person.
Verification is a routine procedure that can occur randomly or when our system detects a high-risk order, such as when a VPN is used.
How do I verify my account?
If your order requires verification, we will contact you by email. To complete the process, we will ask you to provide:
A valid photo ID (such as a passport or driver’s license).
The payment card used for the purchase
You may cover all but the last four digits for your security.
The cardholder’s name and expiry date must remain visible.
You can submit your details through the ticket we open for you, or directly to [email protected].
Additional verification
In some cases, we may require further confirmation to ensure that the cardholder or PayPal account owner has approved the purchase. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you with further instructions.
We understand this may feel like an extra step, but it is in place to ensure a secure shopping experience and to make sure our services are only used in a safe and responsible way.
