🔒 Why Do I Need to Verify My Order?

To protect both you as a customer and our services, some orders may be flagged for a fraud check. This is a security measure used to prevent unauthorized purchases and misuse of our services — for example, if someone tries to register a domain or account under another person’s name.

Verification is a routine procedure that may happen randomly or when the system considers an order to be high-risk (e.g. if a VPN is used).

📝 How Do I Verify My Account?

If your order requires verification, we will contact you by email. To complete the process, you’ll need to provide:

  • A valid ID (e.g. passport or driver’s license).

  • The payment card used for the purchase.

    • You may cover all digits except the last four.

    • The cardholder name and expiration date must be visible.

👉 Send the documents via the support ticket we open for you, or directly to [email protected].

🔑 Additional Verification

In some cases, we may also require extra confirmation from the cardholder or PayPal account holder. If so, we’ll contact you with further instructions.

✅ Done!

We understand this process may feel like an extra step, but it’s there to ensure a safe purchasing experience and to make sure our services are only used in a secure and responsible way.
