How do I cancel my subscription?

This manual explains how to cancel a service with Miss Hosting through the customer zone. You log in, select the service, choose when the cancellation should take effect, and confirm.

How the contracts work:

  • Your contract runs according to the billing period you selected when ordering, starting from the date Miss Hosting issues the confirmation.

  • After cancellation, any files stored with the service will be kept for 2 weeks.

๐Ÿงพ How to Cancel a Service

  1. Log in to the customer zone
    Go to My Services.

  2. Select the service
    Click on the service you want to cancel.

  3. Open cancellation
    Click on the service name in the top right and choose Request Cancellation.

  4. Choose when to cancel

    • Immediately โ€“ end the service right away

    • End of billing period โ€“ end the service when the current period expires

  5. Confirm
    Click Request Cancellation to finish.

๐Ÿง  Important Information

  • Cancellations must be in writing:
    Either via customer support ([email protected]) or via the cancellation function in the control panel.

  • Always include your customer number, service, and if applicable, your domain name.

  • The cancellation must be sent from your registered email address.

  • If no valid cancellation is received before the invoice due date, Miss Hosting reserves the right to renew the subscription and collect payment.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ After Cancellation

  • Your files remain stored for 14 days after the service ends โ€“ remember to back them up before that.
