What You Need
Before you start, make sure you have:
Your Miss Hosting account login details
The credit card you want to add
Your correct billing address
Step 1: Log In to Your Customer Zone
Go to the Miss Hosting customer zone:
Sign in with your account details.
Step 2: Open Your Account Details
Click your profile in the top-right corner, where your name or company name is displayed.
Select Account details.
Step 3: Open Payment Methods
In Account details, click the blue Account details button.
Select Payment methods.
Click Add New Credit Card.
Step 4: Add Your Credit Card
Click the blue Add New Credit Card button.
Step 5: Enter Your Card Information
Enter your credit card details.
Check that your billing address is correct.
If your default address is different from your billing address, click Add a new address and enter the correct information.
Click Save changes.
💡 Tip: Make sure your billing address matches the address registered with your card issuer.

I can't add my credit card. What should I check?
Make sure that:
Your card details are entered correctly.
Your billing address is correct.
Your card is valid and can be used for online payments.
If the issue continues, contact Miss Hosting Support for assistance.
Can I update my billing address?
Yes. When adding your card, select Add a new address if your default address doesn't match your billing address.
