What You Need
Before you start, make sure you have:
Access to your Miss Hosting Customer Zone
An unpaid invoice
A supported payment method
Available payment methods may include:
Credit card
PayPal
Swish
Invoice
Web Invoice
Step 1: Open Your Invoices
Log in to the Miss Hosting Customer Zone:
Then:
Go to Billing.
Select My Invoices.
Step 2: Open the Invoice
Under My Invoices, click the invoice you want to pay.
Step 3: Start the Payment
Click the green Pay Now button.
Step 4: Choose Your Payment Method
Select the payment method you want to use.
Available options may include:
Credit Card
PayPal
Swish
Invoice
Web Invoice
Click the green Pay Now button to continue.
Step 5: Complete Your Payment
Choose the section below for your preferred payment method.
Credit Card
Select Credit Card.
Click the green Pay Now button.
Enter your credit card details.
Click Submit Payment.
PayPal
Select PayPal as the payment method.
Click PayPal Check Out.
Follow the instructions provided by PayPal.
Swish
Select Swish as the payment method.
Click Checkout.
Follow the instructions provided by Swish.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
I can't find my invoice
Go to Billing → My Invoices in your Customer Zone and check your invoice list.
My payment was not completed
Check that your payment details are correct and try the payment again. If the problem continues, contact Miss Hosting Support.
Can I use a different payment method?
Yes. Select another available payment method on the payment page and follow the instructions provided.
