Option 2 – Use the Built-in Email App on Your Phone
You can also use:

When adding the account, select:
Account type: Exchange or Microsoft 365
Email address: Your full email address
Password: Your email password
In most cases, the server settings will be filled in automatically.
Common Issues When Setting Up Email on Mobile
Server error message
→ Make sure your full email address is entered as the username.
Login gets stuck
→ Verify that MFA (multi-factor authentication) is configured correctly.
Email is not syncing
→ Remove the account from your phone and add it again.
