How to Add a Facebook Pixel to Your SiteBuilder Website

This guide shows you how to add a Facebook Pixel to your SiteBuilder website to track visitor activity and measure the results of your Facebook and Instagram ads.

Prerequisites

  • Access to your SiteBuilder account.

  • A Facebook Pixel created in Facebook Events Manager.

  • The complete pixel code snippet from Facebook.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Create or Retrieve Your Facebook Pixel

  1. Log in to Facebook Events Manager.

  2. Create a new pixel or retrieve the code for an existing one.

  3. Select Install manually.

  4. Copy the entire code snippet.

2. Open Site Scripts in SiteBuilder

  1. Log in to SiteBuilder.

  2. Click Pages Manager in the main menu.

  3. Select Site Scripts.

  4. Choose Head Scripts.

3. Add the Facebook Pixel Code

  1. Paste the copied pixel code into the Head Scripts field.

  2. Click Save.

4. Publish Your Website

  1. Click Publish in the top-right corner.

  2. Confirm the publication if prompted.

Once published, the pixel code will be active on your website.

Verify That the Facebook Pixel Is Working

Use the Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome browser extension to check whether the pixel is detected on your website.

If the pixel is not detected, check that:

  • You copied the complete pixel code.

  • You pasted the code into Head Scripts.

  • You saved your changes and published your website.

Important: Cookie Consent

If your website uses a cookie consent banner, ensure the Facebook Pixel loads in accordance with visitors' consent choices and applicable privacy requirements.
