Change the Order Status

You can update an order using the Status dropdown.

The available statuses are:

  • Payment Pending – Used when the customer selects bank transfer or another manual payment method. You need to manually mark the order as paid.

  • Paid – Automatically set when the customer completes payment through an online payment method.

  • In Progress – Used when you are working on the order. The status bar in the order list turns green.

  • Cancelled – Used when payment has not been received or the customer cancels the order.

Shipped – Select this when the order has been shipped. The status becomes locked, and the customer automatically receives an email notification that their package is on its way.
