β The Checkout Process in Your Store
When a customer adds products to their cart and clicks on "Go to checkout," the checkout process begins, allowing them to complete the purchase step by step.
1. Customer Information
The customer is prompted to enter:
Contact information
Delivery address
An order summary is displayed on the right side of the screen so the customer can see what they are purchasing.
2. Shipping
The customer selects from the shipping options you have previously added in your store settings.
On the right side, the customer can:
Enter a discount code if they have one
See how the discount affects the total amount
3. Payment
The customer chooses their preferred payment method to complete the purchase. The options depend on the payment methods you have activated in your store (e.g., Klarna, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
4. Confirmation
After completing the purchase:
The customer is shown a confirmation page indicating that the purchase is complete
The customer also receives a confirmation email at the address they provided
As the store owner, you will receive an email about the new order and can:
Log in to the tool
Go to Store > Orders
View order details and begin processing
