The Store is ideal if you want to start selling products online and take your first steps into e-commerce.
How many products can I sell?
If your plan does not have a product limit, there is no fixed limit to the number of products you can add.
However, the Store is optimized for approximately 1,000 products. Adding more products may affect performance.
Is the Store secure?
Yes. The Store is designed with security in mind to help protect your store and customer transactions.
Can I sell digital products or downloads?
No. The Store is intended for selling physical products.
Products and Orders
What happens when a customer places an order?
When a customer places an order:
You receive an email containing the order information.
The customer receives an order confirmation by email.
The order is automatically added to the Orders page in the Store.
Can I import products from a spreadsheet?
Yes. You can import products using a spreadsheet.
Can I export products to a spreadsheet?
No. Exporting products to a spreadsheet is currently not supported.
Can customers search for products?
Yes. The Store includes a product search function.

How many variants can I add to a product?
You can have up to 32 variants per product.
For example, combinations of size, color, and design must not exceed 32 variants.
Exceeding this limit may negatively affect performance.
