Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Access to your cPanel account.
A domain configured in your cPanel account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to cPanel
Log in to cPanel from your Client Area.
2. Open Email Accounts
Click Email Accounts in the menu.
Click Create.
3. Create the Email Address
Enter the desired email name without the
@yourdomain.compart.Choose a password or click Generate to create a strong password.
Click Create.
💡 Tip: Save the password securely if you use a generated password. You’ll need it when setting up the email account on your devices.

Your new email address is now created in cPanel and ready to use.
