✅ Add and Edit Your "Terms" Page
To follow best practices and provide your customers with clear information about purchases and delivery, you should have a "Terms" page linked to your store. It is enabled by default — follow the steps below to check and edit the content.
Check That the Terms Are Displayed at Checkout
Go to Store from the menu in your Sitebuilder.
Click on Store Settings.
Go to the Checkout tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Ensure that the toggle "Show Terms Page" is activated.
✅ When this is activated, customers will be able to view and accept your terms during checkout.
✍️ Edit the Text for Your Terms
Return to the website editor.
Click on the Pages & Folders tab.
Locate and click on Store Layout in the list.
Click on the Terms page.
In the text box, edit the content with your own terms and conditions, such as delivery information, returns, privacy policy, and contact details.
Tips!
✔ Remember to click Publish when you're done, so that the new terms go live on your website.
✔ Customize the content to fit your business to create transparency and avoid misunderstandings with customers.
