Prerequisites / Requirements
Before you start, make sure you have:
Access to your Store settings.
Access to the website editor.
The terms and conditions you want to add to your store.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Check That the Terms Page Is Enabled
Open Store from the menu in Sitebuilder.
Go to Store Settings.
Open the Checkout tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Make sure Show Terms Page is enabled.
When enabled, customers can view and accept your terms during checkout.
2. Open the Terms Page
Return to the website editor.
Open the Pages & Folders tab.
Select Store Layout.
Click the Terms page.
3. Edit Your Terms and Conditions
Click inside the text box.
Replace or update the existing content with your own terms and conditions.
Include relevant information such as:
Delivery information
Returns and refunds
Privacy information
Contact details
Review the content to make sure it accurately reflects your business.
4. Publish Your Changes
Click Publish to make your updated Terms page available on your live website.

Troubleshooting / FAQs
Why can't my customers see the Terms page?
Check that Show Terms Page is enabled under Store Settings > Checkout. Also make sure you have published your website after making changes.

Go to Pages & Folders > Store Layout > Terms in the website editor.
Do I need to publish my changes?
Yes. Click Publish after editing the Terms page to make your changes live.
