How to Edit Page Settings

Page settings let you manage how a page appears in your navigation, browser, and search results. You can also change its URL, visibility, folder, and homepage status.

Prerequisites / Requirements

  • Access to your website builder.

  • An existing page you want to edit.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Pages Panel

Click Pages in the top menu while in edit mode.

2. Open the Page Settings

  1. Find the page you want to edit.

  2. Click the three-dot icon (︙) next to the page.

  3. Select Edit page settings.

3. Update the Page Settings

You can configure the following settings:

  • Navigation title: Change the name displayed in your website's navigation menu.

  • Browser tab title: Change the text displayed in the browser tab.

  • Page URL: Change the address after your domain name, such as /news.

  • Page status: Set the page to online or offline.

  • Move to folder: Move the page into an existing folder.

  • Keywords (SEO): Add relevant keywords, separated by commas.

  • Description (SEO): Add a short description for search engines such as Google.

  • Hide in navigation: Hide the page from the navigation menu while keeping it accessible through a direct link.

  • Use as homepage: Set the page as your website's homepage. Its URL will become /home.

Use the page settings to control how the page appears across your website and in search engines. For example, you can use Hide in navigation for landing pages that should only be accessible through a direct link.

💡 Tip: Use clear page titles, descriptive URLs, and relevant SEO descriptions to improve usability and search visibility.

How do I change the name shown in the menu?

Open Edit page settings and change the Navigation title.

Can I hide a page without deleting it?

Yes. Enable Hide in navigation to remove it from the menu while keeping the page accessible through a direct link.

Can I make another page my homepage?

Yes. Select Use as homepage in the page settings.

Can I temporarily hide a page from visitors?

Yes. Change the Page status to offline.
