Step 1: Log in to cPanel
Sign in to your Miss Hosting account.
Open cPanel (your hosting control panel).
Step 2: Go to “Email Accounts”
Scroll down to the Email section.
Click on Email Accounts.
(See the screenshot below – it’s the icon with a small person and an envelope.)
Step 3: Create Your New Email Account
Now you’re on the Email Accounts page.
Look at the top-right corner – you’ll see a blue + Create button.
Click + Create to add a new email address.
💡 Here you’ll also notice:
Available / Used – shows how many email accounts your hosting package allows and how many you’ve already created.
Existing accounts (if you have any) are listed here. From this page, you can also:
Check Email directly in your browser
Manage settings (change password, quota, delete account, etc.)
Connect Devices (get instructions for Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, etc.)
Step 4: Choose Your Email Address and Password
On this screen, you set the details for your new email account:
Username
Enter the name you want for your email (for example: info, support, firstname).
This creates the full email address (e.g. [email protected]).
Password
Select Set password now.
Enter a strong password, or click Generate to let cPanel create one for you.
If you generate a password, make sure to copy and store it securely.
Optional Settings
If you want to set a storage limit for the account, click Edit Settings.
If left unchanged, the account will have unrestricted storage by default.
Create the Account
When ready, click the blue + Create button.
The new email account is now active.
Step 5: Start Using Your Email
Use Webmail to access your email directly in a web browser.
Or click Connect Devices to view setup instructions for Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail.
