πŸ“§ Migrate Your Email Account to Miss Hosting

This guide explains how to move your existing email account from another provider to Miss Hosting.

πŸ“ Step-by-Step

1. Create Email Accounts

  • Create the same email accounts at Miss Hosting that you had with your old provider.

  • If you’re using cPanel, you can do this easily through your control panel.

  • Make sure the spelling of the account names is exactly the same.

2. Use the Same Passwords

  • Assign the same passwords as on your old accounts.

  • You can always change them later if needed.

3. Add Accounts to Your Email Client

  • Add both the old and new accounts to your email client in parallel.

  • Use the same username and password.

  • Ensure both accounts are set up using IMAP.

4. Check Server Settings

  • The incoming server (IMAP server) will differ between providers.

  • Verify the correct settings from your old provider.

5. Move Your Emails

  • Once both accounts and folders are set up, simply drag and drop your emails from the old folders into the new ones.

βœ… Done!

Your emails are now migrated from your old provider to Miss Hosting. Please note that if you have a large number of emails, the transfer may take some time.
