Undo Changes on Your Website

How to undo / roll back your changes on your website

Updated this week

❓ When can I undo something?

Some changes can be undone immediately after you make them. In these cases, a notification appears at the bottom of the screen giving you the option to click “Undo.”

⚠️ Note: This notification is only visible for about 30 seconds. If you don’t click in time, the option to undo disappears.

✅ Changes that can be undone:

  • When you edit text content (e.g. rewriting headings or paragraphs)

  • When you adjust settings on a widget (e.g. color, size, icon)

❌ Changes that cannot be undone:

  • When you delete/change a section (an entire content block)

  • When you delete a widget (e.g. image, button, or text field)

  • When you move content to a new location

  • When you remove a page from the menu

  • When you rename a page or folder

  • When you change the layout of a section

  • When you change your design

⚠️ Important things to know

  • You can only undo one step — and only while the notification is active.

  • There is no history feature or backup restoration in the tool.
