Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Access to your Miss Hosting Client Area.
A domain eligible for transfer.
The new registrar’s details, if required.
💡 Important: In most cases, at least 60 days must have passed since the domain was registered or last updated before an EPP code can be issued. This restriction does not apply to .SE and .NU domains.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to the Client Area
Go to the Miss Hosting Client Area and log in.
2. Open My Domains
Click Domains in the left-hand menu or select My Domains from the available options.
Click My Domains.
3. Select Your Domain
Find the domain you want to transfer.
Click the settings (wrench) icon.
Make sure you have selected the correct domain.
4. Get the EPP Code
Click “Manage your domain”.
Choose “Get EPP Code”.
👉If the domain is locked, you’ll need to disable the Registrar Lock before transferring it.
Click Registrar Lock.
Select Disable Registrar Lock.
Return to the domain management page and click Get EPP Code.
5. Start the Transfer with Your New Registrar
Provide the EPP code to your new registrar. They will use it to initiate the domain transfer.
💡 Tip: Domain transfers typically take 1–7 days, although some transfers may complete within 24 hours.
Troubleshooting
I can't retrieve my EPP code. What should I do?
Contact our support team if you cannot retrieve your EPP code. We can send it to you by email.
Summary
To transfer your domain:
Open My Domains in the Client Area.
Select your domain and retrieve the EPP code.
Disable Registrar Lock if necessary.
Give the EPP code to your new registrar to start the transfer.
