There is no charge to sell a domain through MissDomain. As an option, you can after the auction ended choose assistance from MissDomain in the form of administrative assistance with the change of ownership or Escrow (that you pay the purchase price to MissDomains client account with the instruction that the amount is not paid on to the previous owner until the domain is irrevocably transferred in your name).
