To cancel your domain, first log in through the following link: https://billing.misshosting.com/clientarea

Step 1:

Click on "domains" under the main menu -> my domains.

Step 2:

Press on the settings icon (wrench) for the domain you want to cancel.

Step 3:

Click on "manage domain name" and select "auto-renew" in the drop-down menu.

Step 4:

Press "disable automatic renewal".

​NOTE: If you have an active invoice for the canceled domain-name that has not yet expired, please contact us at "[email protected]" to get it credited.
