File Management
Storage and Supported File Types
Maximum storage: Up to 25 GB.
Maximum image file size: 10 MB per image.
Video hosting: Videos are hosted on external platforms, such as YouTube, and can be added to your website using a widget.
Supported file types:
JPG / JPEG
PNG
GIF
PDF
SVG
WEBP
SiteBuilder is not designed to store very large collections of files. If you need to manage thousands of images or videos, consider using an external file management service.
Page Management
Total number of pages: There is no fixed hard limit, but performance has been tested with up to 50 pages. Websites with more pages may experience performance or support limitations.
Pages per folder: A folder can contain up to 20 pages. Exceeding this number may affect loading times and supportability.
Content Blocks per Page
Content blocks are the widgets and elements used to build a page.
Recommended: Up to 30 content blocks per page.
Potential performance concerns: More than 60 content blocks on a page may cause performance issues and may limit support.
For better performance, keep pages organized and avoid adding unnecessary widgets.
Image Management
Image Count and Size
Tested image count: Up to 100 images.
Supported image count: Up to 300 images.
Beyond 300 images: Performance may be affected.
Minimum image dimensions: 10 × 10 pixels.
Maximum image dimensions: No fixed upper limit, provided the image file is under 10 MB.
Although there is no fixed upload limit stated for the number of images, staying within the tested range is recommended for more predictable performance.
Slideshows and Galleries
Slideshows
For better loading performance, follow these recommendations:
Use no more than 10 images per slideshow.
Use no more than 3 slideshows per page.
Gallery Widgets
The stated gallery limits depend on image file size:
Up to 75 small images, approximately 10 KB each; or
Up to 20 large images, approximately 9 MB each.
A maximum of 2 gallery widgets per page is recommended.
Large galleries and multiple slideshows may increase loading times, so use optimized images and include only the content you need.
Device Preview
SiteBuilder includes a preview mode that simulates how your website may appear on devices such as iPhones and iPads.
The preview is a visual guide, not a guarantee that your website will look or behave identically on every device or screen size. Where possible, check your published website on the devices and browsers your visitors use.
Troubleshooting and Best Practices
If your website loads slowly or becomes difficult to manage:
Reduce the number of content blocks on heavily populated pages.
Compress large images so they remain under the 10 MB limit.
Reduce the number of images in slideshows and galleries.
Keep the number of pages in each folder within the recommended limit.
Consider an external file management service for large file collections.
Test the published website on different devices.
Summary / Next Steps
Use these limits and recommendations as guidelines when planning and maintaining your SiteBuilder website. Staying within the tested ranges can help improve performance and make your website easier to manage and troubleshoot.
