How to edit the layout of your blog posts and post list

Updated this week

🧩 You can easily customize the layout for both individual blog posts and the entire list of posts on your blog.

πŸ“° Post List Layout

This layout determines how multiple posts are displayed together on your blog.

Steps to Edit:

  1. Go to the Page Manager.

  2. Click the arrow next to Blog Layout.

  3. Select Post List Layout.

  4. Click Add Content to insert new sections, such as:

    • Widgets

    • Sections

    • Headings, text, images, or page names

  5. Customize each section using Customize Section β€” click inside the text box to edit the content.

This affects how your blog appears when multiple posts are displayed together β€” for example, on your blog's homepage.

πŸ“ Individual Post Layout

If you want each blog post to have a specific structure, regardless of its content, you can edit the layout for individual posts β€” and the changes will apply to both existing and future posts.

Examples of What You Can Add:

  • Social media icons

  • Call-to-action boxes

  • Contact information

  • Author bio

Steps to Edit:

  1. Go to the Page Manager.

  2. Click the arrow next to Blog Layout.

  3. Select Individual Post Layout.

  4. Add content or sections you want to display in each post.

  5. Customize them as desired β€” they will automatically appear in all blog posts.

✨ This is perfect for maintaining a consistent look and always displaying elements like sharing buttons or contact info.
