📝 Product Settings
To add a product to your online store, you need to fill in four mandatory fields:
Product Name
Product Description
Product Image
Price
In addition, there are many optional fields you can use to provide more information about the product.
✅ Add a New Product
Go to the Products tab in the store's sidebar.
Click the purple "Add Product" button to start creating a new product.
🖋️ Title and Description
Product Title: Keep it short, clear, and descriptive.
Product Description: Here you can be more detailed. Use the formatting tool to add, for example, headings, lists, or bold text.
🖼️ Add Product Images
Click the + under the Product Images heading.
If you upload multiple images:
Hover over an image.
Click the menu icon (⋮).
Select "Set as main image" to display it as the product's preview image in the store.
🏷️ Categories and Tags
To make it easier for visitors to find the product, you can add categories and tags.
These options are located at the top right of the product page.
You can edit them at any time.
💰 Set Price
Enter the product's price.
If the currency is incorrect, you can change this via:
Store Settings > Basic Settings > Currency and Format.
If you have enabled VAT in the store:
Select the correct VAT rate for the product.
📦 Product Information
Weight: If you use weight-based shipping, fill in the product's weight here.
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): If SKU is enabled in Basic Settings > Sorting and Inventory, you can add a unique article number.
📦 Inventory Management (Optional)
You can choose to track inventory for each product:
Enter how many units you have in stock.
Set a stock threshold to receive email notifications when stock is low.
Do you want to allow orders even when stock is zero?
Enable the option "Allow purchases when stock is 0".
Note: If you do not allow purchases when stock is zero, the product will not be orderable until you update the stock.
