What is e-commerce?

E-commerce is a tool to help you sell products on your website.

Who is e-commerce for?

The store is for anyone who wants to take their first steps in selling goods online.

How many products can I sell in my e-commerce store?

If you don't have a product-limited package, there is no fixed limit to the number of products you can sell.

What is the maximum number of products the store is designed for?

Our design goal was to make the store work with up to approximately 1,000 products. We have seen some customers create stores with around 1,000 products, and they work well. Beyond 1,000 products, performance may be affected depending on hardware resources.

Is the store secure?

Yes, the store is very secure.

Can I sell downloads?

No, the store is only for selling physical goods.

What happens when a customer purchases an item from my store?

When a customer makes a purchase, the following things will happen:

  • You will receive an email.

  • The customer will receive an email.

  • A new order will appear on the Manage Orders page.

Can I import products from a spreadsheet?

Yes, you can import products in this way.

Can I export products to a spreadsheet?

No, the store does not support this.

Can customers search for products in my store?

Yes, and you can help customers find items by adding tags to each product. A tag is a word that a customer can search for.

Is there a limit to the number of product variations?

No, there is no fixed limit, but performance may decrease if you have many products with many variations. For example, if you have a product with 3 sizes and 3 colors, the total number of variations is 3 x 3 = 9. If you have a product with 3 sizes, 3 colors, 3 patterns, and 3 materials, the total number of variations is 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 = 81. Each of these variations needs to be stored as if it were a separate product, so 10 products with 81 variations would be equivalent to 10 x 81 = 810 individual products.

What payment methods can I use?

The available payment methods on the Payment page depend on your service provider.

Can I set different tax rates for different states and countries?

Yes, you can.

How can different shipping options be added?

There is no fixed limit.
