1. Log in to cPanel

2. Open Backups

  • Go to the ā€œFilesā€ section.

  • Click the ā€œBackupsā€ icon.

3. Create a Full Backup

  • Under ā€œFull Backupā€, click ā€œGenerate/Download a Full Website Backupā€.

4. Choose Destination

  • On the next page, select ā€œHome Directoryā€ from the dropdown menu for backup destination.

5. Set Email Notification (Optional)

  • If you’d like to receive an email when the backup is complete, enter your email address.

  • You can also change this to another email if you prefer.

6. Generate Backup

  • Click ā€œGenerate Backupā€.
