To set up your email address in Outlook 2016, follow these steps:)

  1. Launch your Outlook. If you're starting Outlook for the first time, you will automatically get the "Add New Account" wizard. If you already have an account, click on "File" and select "Add Account".

  2. In the first window that appears, choose "Manual setup or additional server types". In the next window, select "POP or IMAP".

  3. In the current window, fill in the following details:

Incoming server (IMAP): Check Cpanel for your server details.

Username: The email address you want to add.

Password: The password you created in cPanel for the above address.

Port: 993

Security Type: SSL

Outgoing server (SMTP): Check Cpanel for your server details.

Username: The email address you want to add.

Password: The password you created in cPanel for the above address.

Port: 465

Security Type: SSL

The server may vary depending on which of our servers your account is hosted on. In this case, we have chosen to use cpsrv01.misshosting.com, which is the address for our first server. If you're unsure about which server your account is on, please contact support or check the email we sent you titled "Your new web hosting account", which also contains server information.

It may be useful to enter the following where it says "Root folder path/IMAP Path Prefix: Inbox".
